SHADAC Research Assistant Kelsey Avery, a Master's student in Public Health Administration and Policy, has completed an internship in the Department of Legislative and Cabinet Affairs in the Office of Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton. Ms. Avery worked on a variety of health policy issues including implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
