Natalie Schwehr, PhD, MAc
Research Assistant

Dr. Schwehr’s research interests include healthcare equity, access, and quality, and using data to inform health policy decisions. She has worked with numerous federal datasets as well as claims data. She enjoys collaborating on multiple aspects of projects: research design and planning, data management and analysis, reporting findings and disseminating results.

Her research experience also includes decision-analytic modeling and conducting systematic literature reviews. Previously she worked as a Research Assistant for the Minnesota Evidence-based Practice Center and gained experience in evidence synthesis, working in multidisciplinary teams, and communicating research to a broad audience.

Dr. Schwehr holds a Ph.D. in Health Services Research, Policy and Administration from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Acupuncture degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University in the Comparative Study of Religion.
