The Universal Health Care Foundation of Connecticut has spearheaded a coalition of Connecticut business and labor leaders, health providers, clergy, and health care advocates to produce a health reform proposal called "SustiNet: Health Care We Can Count On." The reform seeks to expands health care coverage and contain health care costs.
