SBM Enrollment Data for OEP1 and OEP2: What's Available and What Do the Numbers Say?

July 1, 2015: A new SHADAC fact sheet provides an overview of the information states are reporting about enrollment in State Based Marketplaces (SBMs) and, where data allow, shows changes between the first ACA open enrollment period (OEP1) and the second (OEP2).

Among key findings is that, taken together, the thirteen states reporting SBM enrollment during the second open enrollment period enrolled 2,768,000 people in health insurance during OEP2.
