Chad Parslow, MPP
Research Fellow

Chad Parslow, MPP, joined SHADAC in February, 2016, and is currently working on Minnesota’s evaluation of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation’s (CMMI) State Innovation Models (SIM) program.

Mr. Parslow most recently served as a Data and Policy Analyst at the SPHERE Institute in Washington, DC, where he worked on Open Payments--a transparency program monitoring financial relationships between healthcare providers and the medical device/drug industries--for the Center for Program Integrity (CPI) at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Prior to that, he provided qualitative analysis for the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) and quantitative analysis for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) at the University of Maryland. Mr. Parslow holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Maryland’s School of Public Policy and a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts (Radio-TV-Film) from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
