Amanda Napoles, MPH

Amanda Napoles has been with SHADAC since October 2016 where she is part of the state-level evaluation  of Minnesota's Accountable Health Model, a delivery system reform effort supported through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation's State Innovations Model (SIM) initiative. 

Ms. Napoles previously worked at the Urban Institute where she researched topics around access to Medicaid, payment and delivery system reforms (e.g., child-serving Patient Centered Medical Homes), and the use of electronic Health Information Exchange (eHIE) to improve the quality and efficiency of care. As part of her graduate program, Ms. Napoles completed a five-month internship with the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT. She recently completed her Master’s in Public Health with an emphasis in Health Policy at the George Washington University
